Planning Services & Fees

Every vacation is unique, and the amount of planning varies depending on the destination and complexity of your trip. To provide thoughtful, personalized service, certain vacations require a planning fee before research begins.

Cruises & Caribbean All-Inclusive Resorts

$100 Planning Deposit is required per household before planning begins.

Once your reservation is confirmed through WildKind Travel, your $100 Planning Deposit will be applied toward your final trip balance.

If you choose not to move forward with your reservation before booking is confirmed, discontinue the planning process, or choose to book elsewhere, the Planning Deposit is forfeited and retained as payment for the professional planning services already provided.

Alaska & Hawaii Land Vacations

$150 Planning Fee is required per household.

These vacations often involve multiple accommodations, transportation, activities, and customized recommendations that require more extensive research and itinerary planning.

This planning fee is nonrefundable once planning begins and is separate from the cost of your vacation.

Custom Destination Planning

Planning for destinations outside WildKind Travel's core specialties, or for highly customized itineraries, begins at $250 per household.

Examples include:

  • Europe

  • Multi-city vacations

  • National Park itineraries

  • Ski vacations

  • International land vacations

  • Complex custom itineraries

This planning fee is nonrefundable once planning begins and is separate from the cost of travel.

Quotes & Pricing

WildKind Travel cannot guarantee pricing, promotions, cabin categories, room types, airfare, or availability until your booking has been confirmed.

Payments

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation policies are established by each travel supplier.

WildKind Travel does not determine cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, airline policies, cruise line policies, hotel policies, or tour operator policies.

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier cancellation terms before confirming reservations.
